The Congressional Budget Office released its final sequester report of 2017. In the report, CBO says the current fiscal year hasn’t exceeded the statutory caps on discretionary spending. Late as it is, the 2017 spending bill could provide a lot of work for federal contractors, even if it doesn’t contain money for a border wall.
