OASIS shakeup continues GSA’s summer of change — Washington Technology

It has been a summer of change at the General Services Administration.

In June, GSA surprised many with a reorganization that folded the Technology Transformation Service into the Federal Acquisition Service. TTS is barely a year old and includes such as 18F and the Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technology.

Companies that are picked as Industry Innovators will be featured in a special report on WashingtonTechnology.com and honored at the dig IT Awards gala this October.

Top contracts take center stage at WT Spending Spree event — Washington Technology

Confidence remains high in contractor community — Washington Technology

After hitting its highest point last quarter, the Washington Technology Contractor Confidence Index has continued to maintain a sky-high level.

The index stands at 112.9, down just slightly from the previous quarter’s reading of 113.3. Both surveys were the first conducted during the Trump administration.

These high index numbers stand in sharp contrast to the results our surveys gathered during the Obama administration when the index mostly stayed in the high 90s.
