Estimates of what it will cost to address the destruction wreaked by Hurricane Harvey are projected to be somewhere in the range of $160 billion, with Texas accounting for most of that total. Hard to believe that it would be possible to have enough damage to equal the combined total cost of Hurricane Katrina and Super Storm Sandy, but that is the likely result.
