Consultant describes what it’s like for contractors during shutdown

FAR (almost) in line with SBA on prime contracting – Federal News Network

Back in 2014 the law changed for how much prime contractors can subcontract under small business set-asides. But because the federal acquisition regulation council never got around to updating the FAR, its rules have differed from those of the Small Business Administration.
